I read your comment about Babylon the great being America and though your comments fit a lot of New york profile there were portions which I found didn't in rev 17 v6 And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints and though us in Europe see all the filth and evil that comes out to the us through tv programs etc I can not see how new york is drunk with blood of the saints sometimes I think that Americans view themselves in the course of things think themselves to be more important than they are. My response: I agree that faith in Yahushua the Messiah is what saves; I also believe that the breaking of the the law is what condemns. Is this just my opinion, or is there scripture to back it up? Yahushua said:

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 7:21 - Not every one that saith unto me, Rabbi, Rabbi, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 - Many will say to me in that day, Rabbi, Rabbi, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 - And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

The word "iniquity" in Matthew 7:23 is Strong's Greek #452 "anomia" and literally means, "lawlessness". So, what Yahushua is actually saying here is, "depart from me, all ye law breakers".

Concerning the preceding post, the idea that the United States is Babylon the Great, does not mean that other nations or regimes of the world are not evil. Speaking of suicide bombers, it seems likely that they will play a big part, in the day that Babylon the Great is destroyed.

Visions? Babylon? Sounds to me like you people are all on some kind of drugs. If America is Babylon, and believe me, I am not saying that it is the land of truth either, what about all those countries with the suicide bombers and such. I guess they don't have as much power as the US so they don't fall under any category. Thank you for your site and information. I agree with others that view 'fleeing' Babylon, is to 'be ye seperate' or koddesh, 'set apart', 'holy', by having faith in Yahshua and keeping the commands/statues/law of Yahweh. We can only try or not try. 

I view babylon in Rev. 17,18 as a 'system' of belief, the invisible 'mystery religion' that came out of physical babylon, whom the prophets of past, did not bow to.I agree, all nations are guilty in partaking in her sins. They buy from here, are rich by her, and partake in her un-holy pagen feast and abandon the feast of Yahweh... living in 'Freedom', do do as we please.--- woodstock revisited ... abandoning the statues/commandments/law of our Creator.

greetings fellow seekers of truth yes we must get out of the symbolic Babylon of our time and you have all accurately summized that the USA is *not* a righteous nation, but we must ask ourselves 'is *any* nation of this world righteous?' The answer is of course, no. So then, what does it mean to get out of the symbolic Babylon The Great? We should look to the scriptures. 

Yehoshua instructed us of something important at John 15:19. So, what does this mean exactly? Recall when the people tried to seize Messiah to make him King at John 6:15? Jesus did not want to be King in this present world system, why? Who is in charge of *all* kingdoms in this world system? Discern Luke 4:6 for the answer. So now we see that *all* the political kingdoms of this world are controlled and manipulated to pit mankind against himself in perpetual turmoil to the pleasure of its ruler, Satan. Babylon the Great can not be a nation for she is said to commit fornication with the Kings of the nations; Revelation 17:2-5. So then if she is not a nation, she must represent something else, but what? Are there any religious organizations that fornicate with the Kings of the earth? Do you know of any religios leaders that advocate voting for certain candidates, or that host voting centers, or that bless armies of kingdoms of this world? Do any religious leaders befriend or even hold audience with rulers or politicians of Satan's world system? If you are associated with such a religion then "GET OUT OF HER YOU PEOPLE" get out of Babylon the Great who is symbolic of any religion that fornicates with the Kings (politics) of this (Satan's) world system. For someone to say that they believe that the United States is Babylon the Great, and then to say that there is no need to flee before it is destroyed, doesn't seem to make sense. There is much more than Relvelation 18:4, where YHWH is telling his people to flee from Babylon! For instance:

Jeremiah 50:8 - Remove out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be as the he goats before the flocks. 50:9 - For, lo, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon an assembly of great nations from the north country: and they shall set themselves in array against her; from thence she shall be taken: their arrows shall be as of a mighty expert man; none shall return in vain.

Jeremiah 51:6 - Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of YHWH's vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence. 51:7 - Babylon hath been a golden cup in YHWH's hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad. 51:8 - Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so she may be healed. 51:9 - We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.

Isaiah 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when Elohim overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

If the United States is indeed Babylon the Great, then it should be evident that YHWH's people need to depart before it is destroyed.

I also agree that the good ole USA fits the description of Babylon. But have some reservations on the fleeing part, because the deeper you dig you can see theres no where to go. The whole world is under its control greed is good eat drink be merry, I think maybe when you let go of the things the devil has to offer you have come out.If I die tommarow I can say with all confidence I will see my Savior. I do not go to a church,I do not belong to any group except maybe the true followers of Christ.It matters little where I am taken only where I go,The lies and deciet go alot further than anyone can imagine. I dont attend a church because thay are apart of the problem thay spend more time degrading and trying to make people feel bad than on the real problems. Try the preachers who will tell you its OK and a blessing when you prosper in the world when clearly this is satans kingdom. And I have also heard some tell me GW Bush is a christian, how does anyone who has read the Bible come up with that. Anyone who can go that far in a world as wicked as ours is is not serveing the same God I do. Im convinced the modern church along with capitalism is one of the biggest problems. Im not a communist but unbrideled greed could not be a good thing. And a church that can condone it for the sake of their collection plate is no better. The Bible speaks of blessed be the poor and meek,love not the world or anything in it, you cannot serve God and Mammon.So you see modern theology is in conflict with the word of God,just so thay can tickle someones ear. Many years ago I had an incredible experience in which I was vividly shown the total destruction of the United States of America. In this experience it was revealed to me that all the prophets of the Old Testament had seen this same vision of the destruction of a daughter of Babylon or mystery Babylon.....they were all witnessing the future destruction of America!!!!I personally believe that all American Jews need to strongly consider making aliya to the land that their God has restored to them. I urge them to not even think about it too much but just to believe that the time has come for them to return to the land of their fathers and to flee Babylon. They must get out of her as soon as possible!!!!!!!!PLEASE, PLEASE listen now to those of us that have seen the same vision........get out of her while you still can!!!!

I feel it is premature to advise people to pack it up and move. However this may be the intent of the scripture. I feel that we are to completley disengage from the Babylonian system. Bearing in mind I could be wrong. What is needed is for all beleivers to pray earnestly and seek the Father on this very critical issue.

Have you ever considered calling "The American Dream" being the Spirit of Babylon? Babylon as a 'spiritual living, breathing system of idolatry (covetousness)' --"Keeping Up With The Jones" is Covetousness--not a place on the map that we can point, 'Here it is! of There it is!"  Proverbs calls Wisdom a 'her'--Babylon is a 'her' as a 'system' of BE ALL YOU CAN hopes and dreams! without guilt, dealing falsely with one's spouse, a seducing spirit luring souls with false promises and seductive temptations to entangle men and women into a life style of sordid lusts of the flesh and the pride of this life.  Babylon is more like the snake talking with Eve.  The Mother of Harlots is cunning and clever, her whispers are choice words to those who love this present world.  She has many followers around the world, they esteem her wealth and pay homage to her large purse.  Her 'temples' praise her name--The Promised Land of Milk and Money!  Eat, drink and be merry for the Lord does not see nor judge!  $$$$Baal!!$$

But who has the strength to withstand her charms?  Her beauty is excellent and her voice like a dove! She smiles and flatters you with her lips.  How many have fallen victim to her hard-work 'ethics'--her many 'benefits' she offers only to ensnare you to devotion and obligation!

DEBTS!!She has a stranglehold on all inhabitants over the globe!  Promising ALL 'freedom' who kiss her lips-- while ensnaring you to her system of covetness and greed.  She honors all who will die for her kingdom-building ways!

She manages to choke out the Word in your heart so that children of God become unfruitful for righteousness, as the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of her riches cause you to stumble and fall from grace!! IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN AND REPENT! 

She laughs at all those 'born-again' Christians, because she knows her clever wiles lead the lambs to slaughter, turning their hearts to rebel against a holy God!  Like the aborted fetus, the children of God never grow up to see the light in His Word in respect to salvation; and like the rebellous Hebrew children who died on the desert--they fall into ruin and corruption.  Babylon is drunk on the blood of the saints--she laughs wickedly! 

Pour out the Wrath of the Almighty upon Babylon the Wicked Spirit!  Expose her nakedness, show all her promises are lies!  All who follow her 'dreams' are following the pathway to damnation!  The saints of the Most High God will rejoice to 'come out of' that Seducing Spirit's clutches!  The saints see the Harlot for what she is--boastful pride of the Temporary Kingdoms of the Earth--'Here today and gone tomorrow' fortunes and fame!

All the kings of the earth do admire her beauty and ways, her proudful looks and haughty eyes of self-exaltation!  The best money can buy~ My son, do not desire her choice morsels!  Flee Idolatry!  Romans 13..Walk as children of Light.

I feel the Great Whore Babylon in Revelations is the modern Pentecostal church which has totally sold out to equating 'prosperity'as having money, and having money as living right and just being blessed. Can I get a pledge of $1,000.00 for three tapes and a video series on "Jesus and His fleet of gold chariots"? (Obviously sarcasm by me, but I've heard close to it preached on TBN, the Totally Babylon Network). I heard a minister from Columbus, Ohio preach on one of the beg-a-thons Totally Babylon Network has quite often, and he said he wanted a miracle for his boy with a severe disease. So he went to work, got $250,000 together, laid it on the 'altar' and waited for his miracle. He went on to say how much better the boy is doing because of his 'sacrifice' and encouraged all to give like that if they wanted like results. Isn't it sad that financial sacrifice is what's most desired by the modern church today, and not pure, contrite hearts totally submitted to YHWH, desperately seeking righteousness and HIS devine will? Where HE is, so is HIS hand....and if we abide in HIM, HIS hand is right there whenever we need it. And it doesn't require $250,000 or any $$$ figure. It only requires our hearts.

BABYLON 3D 

Babylon is described as a woman, a whore who leads the nations astray. 

Let’s dissect this being. The human being is conventionally described as having body, soul and spirit. We are metaphsically three dimensional.

 It is my opinion that this whore is also comprised of body, soul and spirit. She is a mystery because man is trying to fit a three dimensional entity into one dimension. 

If we break her down by these dimensions the following is quite plausible, and spiritual confirmation of such is strong.

 Body – Physical landmass; Currently the only candidate that fits the description is the U.S.. 

Soul – Comprising the mind, will and emotion; World economic system, merchantilism, financial markets, currency exchanges and commodities. 

Spirit – World’s false religions; Comprised of every idol that lifts up man as opposed to Yahwey and His right-rulings. 

The destruction of this whore is certain. The timing of the destruction is variable based on which portion referenced.

 The following are my conclusions regarding the whore and her various manifestations. 

THE BODY 

She rules over the kings of the earth.
Her merchants are the worlds great men. 
She sits on many waters. 
Seafaring ships deliver cargoes to her. 
The wealthiest of nations. 
The youngest of nations. 
Came from the Ten. 
Arrogant. Physical landmass with borders. 
Her attack comes out of the north. 
She will be split into three parts, the waves will wash over her, she will become a desert. 
No worker will be found in her again. 
No bride or bridegroom will be found in her. 
Musicians will no longer be found in her. 
No craftsman of any trade will be found in her. 
The Ten will eat her flesh and burn her with fire (nuclear holocaust). 
Only desert owls and hyenas will be found in her. 
She was a gold cup in Yahwey’s hand (materially blessed). 
She corrupts Israel. 
She is comprised of a melting pot of immigrants. 
The merchants of the earth grew rich because of her consumption. 
The merchants mourn because no one buys their merchandise anymore. 
All who had ships on the sea grew rich because of her wealth. 
The light of a lamp will no longer shine in you. 

The Medes and Persians and as many as will come with them attack her. (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, France, Germany, etc..)

The Ten hate the whore and bring her to ruin. The Ten come out of the Grecian Empire (EU). Russia and her allies, France and Germany and their allies are the conspirators. 

This very attribute eliminates Europe or the cities of the world as contenders for the title of Babylon. 

The descriptions above eliminate every entity except a nation that has great wealth and holds sway over the kings of the earth. 

The description eliminates Rome as she is part of the Ten. 

The description eliminates the Catholic Church, although she is a major player in the spirit of Babylon. 

The U.S. currently occupies ancient Babylon, so by default, is physical Babylon in every conceivable way. 

She is home for the U.N. 

Her currency and language are the world’s standard. 

She exports more filth and idolatry than any other nation (pornography, music, film, attitude, homosexuality, divorce, etc….) she has become a home for demons. 

She has hamstrung Israel and is forcing her to give up the land that Yahwey promised her. 

This entire picture is so clear that it is confounding that few see it for what it is. There is no argument that can be developed to satisfy a contradictory conclusion when referring to the physical entity described in Revelation 18 and Jeremiah 50 & 51. The U.S. is clearly the Babylon described in theses chapters. 

THE SOUL 

The mind, will and emotion of the whore are the attributes of mercantilism. The earliest empire using this system of bondage and worship of mammon was ancient Babylon.

 Yahwey despises the traders of gold and silver, who charge usury and enslave men to the bondage of debt, creating a worship of money as opposed to the worship of Yahwey.

This system of bondage goes by the names of democracy, free market, capitalism, etc.. yet there is nothing free about them. This system was perfected under the tutelage of physical Babylon and exported throughout the planet. Today, the world’s economies are dependant upon this system. 

When physical Babylon is destroyed, the world will reel, because all the economies of the world are based on the U.S. Dollar. 

The seven heads of Revelation are seven empires, five were, one was and one has come, the empire of America, but when it comes, it will only be for a short time, then an eighth empire will come that will devour the whole earth.

Yet this fatal wound will be healed with the institution of a European economy based on the Euro. This system will require the mark of the beast. People will worship this beast and it’s image. They are able once again to buy and sell. Gluttony, idolatry, the worship of mammon! 

In the new heaven and new earth there will no longer be a Canaanite (merchant, banker, buyer of silver and gold) in the land. These are abominations. 

This dimension of Babylon will be overthrown at the coming of Yahushua. 

THE SPIRIT 

The spirit of Babylon is obvious in character. She despises everything that would bring her into submission to Yahwey. The corruption of his Word, the following of the traditions of men as opposed to His commands, the removal of His Name from the Scriptures, the worship of personality, men and pagan deity, etc… 

Entities that comprise range from the false church of lawlessness to blatant demonic worship. 

The spirit and soul of babylon will work in unity to deceive the inhabitants of the world until the Messiah conquers them at His coming. 

Conclusion 

The reason for it all? 

The establishment of a precedent that will stand for all eternity as an example to any who would consider rebellion against the authority of Yahwey. The propensity of man to serve himself is inherently a loser, and leads only to self-destruction, as evidenced by history. 

Free will is a non-retractable gift from Yahwey. To have created us otherwise would be no different than creating a machine. He receives the joy of a Father when knowing the difference between good and evil, we chose to do good. 

And what should our action be? To prepare ourselves. To strive for the elusive perfection. To strive to bring the members of our body under the authority of the Holy Spirit, which dwells in us. Prepare our souls for the events that await us. To give our lives and breath, words and deeds to our Father. To follow His commands, and be obedient unto His will. To deny our wants, perceived needs and desires and clothe ourselves with humility. 

Seek to withdraw yourselves from the systems of this world, especially the illusion of security through wealth and mercantilism. Remember it is almost impossible for a rich man to enter the kingdom of Yahushua. 

Plan an escape from Babylon and act on it. Plan your direction and Yahwey will guide your steps.

Ezekiel 11: 19 “And I shall give them one heart, and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, 20so that they walk in My laws, and guard My right-rulings, and shall do them. And the vision that I had seen went up from me. 25And I spoke to those in exile of all the words of YHWH which He had shown me. 

The land of the Chaldeans is the nation of Babylon. 

Ezekiel 12:16 “But I shall let a few of their men escape from the sword, from scarcity of food, and from pestilence, so that they recount all their abominations among the gentiles wherever they go. And they shall know that I am YHWH.” 

Ezekiel 16:29“And you increased your whorings as far as the land of traders, Chaldea, and even then you were not satisfied.

In response to the previous post by Karma, it should be noted that Lot was warned of the necessity to flee Sodom (Genesis 19).

Yahushua gave a similar warning to his followers concerning the destruction of Jerusalem (Matthew 24:15-20). He also told us to remember Lot's wife!

Luke 17:28 - "Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 - But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 - Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. - 31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. 32 - Remember Lot's wife!"

After reading this page I have come to the conclusion that all of you, genetically unable to come up with an explanation for your existence, have agreed upon one, and take solace in seeing others agree with you. Yahweh has told me to remind you all that what was written for the times of old was for the times of old. You do not need old scriptures to help you in your spiritual quest today. Look within yourself, meditate and see the fallacy that you are living in and wake up to reality. God exists. You exist. Be happy. All this nonsense about fleeing Babylon shows how much you people struggle to protect your temporary physical form. If only you could struggle that much to protect the values of Yahweh. Stop worshipping the flesh.

I also think that the U.S. is Mystery Babylon, or "The Daughter of Babylon" from Jeremiah 50-51. I, like many of you, are waiting for the call "Then I heard another voice from heaven say: Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;" (Revelation 18:4) I am waiting and watching for these events: "46 Do not lose heart or be afraid when rumours are heard in the land; one rumour comes this year, another the next, rumours of violence in the land and of ruler against ruler." (Jeremiah 51: 46) It is conceivable that this will happen before Mr. Bush is done with his reign. God will most certainly allow him another four years in office, for surely in his pride and arrogance he will launch the U.S. into more wars and this will only harden the hearts of the world against the U.S. (even more than the hearts of the worlds are already hardened AGAINST the U.S.) Let us not think for one moment that what is happening against the U.S. is not the work of God. NOTHING happens in this world that God does not know about. God will not let Evil things happen to his people that he does not want to happen. Therefore, God allowed Sept. 11, but for what reason? " Babylon will suddenly fall and be broken. Wail over her! Get balm for her pain; perhaps she can be healed. 'We would have healed Babylon, but she cannot be healed; let us leave her and each go to his own land, for her judgment reaches to the skies, it rises as high as the clouds.'" (Jeramiah 51: 8-9) In my humble opinion, Sept. 11 was a wakeup call, and the U.S. missed it "'We would have healed Babylon, but she cannot be healed;", and now it is only a matter of time before the final judgement comes against this most arrogant of nations. America, -the once beautiful- is now america the BULLY nation that may be out for us!!!!, according to "MOST" other nations' peoples' around the world at this time... Tears are shed by the folk who understand that this is a farce, and wish to escape the retribution on this land... How shall America be repaid? It's no longer an issue of "will america be visited, but rather, when?" Shalom to all of YHWH. I am fully convinced by the Scriptures that we are in Babylon, physically and Spiritually. I am willing to leave the country, but I am waiting on YHWH to give instructions. It may be a mass exodus, or maybe let to the individual, or maybe Yahoshua would allow us to be translated as the Scriptures say, to immortality! HalleluYAH. I do believe with reasonable certainty that America is the geographical Babylon. I have believed this for over 12 years now. I also think religious Babylon, commercial Babylon, and political Babylon exists throughout the world. But as of now, America is the power source for the other worldwide manifestations of Babylon.

As to when it all comes burning down? I don't know. I sure appears to be soon, but then again, we could get a reprieve from YHWH above. Didn't he tell Abraham he wouldn't destroy the Sodom if he could find just 10 righteous men? Maybe the same will apply here, OR (and this is a big OR) YHWH sends for His people to leave via a 2nd Exodus and this will be done in YHWH's time by His mighty hand. That is what I think scriptures tell us. I think if we try to pre-empt YHWH in making our own little exodus, it will fail and we will be stranded in some foreign country without YHWH's provisions and protections, subject to starvation, jail, death, homelessness, etc.

There are poor people in this country who are YHWH's called out ones who can't even afford a taxi cab ride to the port... how will they ever leave here and settle elsewhere on their own without YHWH's miracles? I think we still need to wait on Him and have faith He will deliver His people once again.

YermeYahu 50:8 - Remove out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be as the he goats before the flocks.

I believe Father YHWH is in the process of sending forth the "he-goats" before the rest of the flock, His elect. Get ready for a miracle for I see a big second Exodus coming that will make the first Exodus pale by comparison!

I was an avid student of Bible prophecy when I first came to Christ 9 years ago. When I first started reading Revelation, the first conviction I got was that the US was Babylon The Great...all the descriptive terms, the relationship to other nations, and the fact that she "sits on many waters"..there is no doubt in my mind. And to see how America, while offering the most freedoms of anywhere in the world, has been degraded by pride, arrogance, and greed makes it even more convincing. What started out as a country based on the freedom to worship God as one saw fit, it has been assailed by all the lusts of the flesh. Because I am a pre-wrath rapturist, I believe that all of Gods own will be taken out just prior to the judgement of God upon Babylon by "the kings" of the beast. And, I believe I will witness this in my lifetime...the time is so very close. Stand strong and firm in the faith and hope we have in our Savior Jesus Christ....

Hi everyone. I wanted to share with you something I read from David Meyer's March 2003 newsletter (www.lasttrumpetministries.org). He was speaking about the Columbia space shuttle and all the occult clues that let you know that it was not just an accident. As an example, the Columbia went up on January 16, was in space for 16 days, and crashed 16 minutes before it was supposed to land. That can hardly be a coincidence -- and notice the three 6's. He also reminded us that President Bush stated that "The Columbia has been lost. There are no survivors." The name Columbia means "America" or the "United States." Keeping that in mind, his statement that there are no survivors has very ominous undertones. If America is in fact Babylon, we know from the scriptures that there will not be one inhabitant left. Could the crashing of the Columbia have been a final warning for us? The other thing I wanted to mention, which I had not heard myself, is that David Meyer stated that it was announced on the BBC from England that North Korea has already announced that they will launch a "pre-emptive first strike" with nuclear weapons against the United States as soon as we attack Iraq. There has been rumor that occultic advice to the administration would be to start the war in the "egress of Mars" which is between Feb. 20 and Mar. 20. I have also heard rumor that it would be beneficial to strike on the new moon to have the advantage of darkness. The new moon in March falls on March 3. And, as I'm sure you all have noticed, this March 3 is particularly significant in that it is the third day of the third month of the third year. Just wanted to give you a head's up. Revelation 18:4 - And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Is America Babylon the Great?

Jeremiah 51:7 Babylon hath been a golden cup in the hand of YHWH, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad. 8 Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed. 9 We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up [even] to the skies.

The following is a letter that I sent to a fellow Bible student in Feb. of 2003 I would like to comment on your excellent research and study on the Babylon of Revelations. While I agree with basically everything you say about the United States being Babylon, I feel that you're focusing mainly on the negative aspects of our nation with all its warts and flaws and all its other problems. While everything you are saying is true I believe also that the United States is on the balance a force for good in the world. For example, more Bibles are manufactured, bought, and sold in United States than any other nation in the world. More people in the USA believe that the Bible is the Word of Yahweh than any other nation. (Even though they do not use and know His sacred name) I believe that it should be our mission to educate them on the sacred name. The Declaration of Independence states the principles on which our nation was founded. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter, and to abolish it, and to institute a new government laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such a form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness". The D.of I. ends with the following sentence," With a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." The Pilgrims and Puritans came to America for religious freedom and to establish a government theocracy based on the WORD of YHWH. I believe Yahweh did bless America. I also believe that he will continue to bless America. (see 2 Chron 7:14-15) 14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Like ancient Israel when they acknowledged him Yahweh blessed them and when they went astray they were cursed. And yet YHWH says in Ezek 18:23 Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign YHWH. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live? And in verse 32 “For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign YHWH. Repent and live!” I believe that we are a divided country 1/2 the people deserve to be blessed the other half of the people deserve to be cursed. If you saw the 2000 election map, You would see that in the United States there were two colors on the map. The blue represented the cities and metropolitan areas, which are very liberal and voted for Al Gore. The predominate red on the map represented the rural areas, which are conservative and voted mainly for George Bush. Even though he has his flaws, Bush is a better man for our country. 1/2 people are against abortion and killing of the unborn child in the mother's womb. And the other 1/2 of the Americans-favor abortion rights even up to the last trimester in which the baby is fully formed. This procedure is referred to as partial birth abortion. Half the people feel pornography, drugs, premarital and extra marital sex, etc., and other evils are okay. With all its flaws this nation is still the best hope for mankind. The battle is for man's minds. The only way for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. I am not yet ready to give up on America Yahweh told Abraham that if he could find 10 righteous people he would spare Sodom and Gommorah. , Unfortunately there were only 4 righteous people Lot, his wife, and his two daughters. And Lot's wife looked back. Therefore, there were only 3 survivors. So Yahweh destroyed these two evil cities. When speaking of the last days in Matthew 24 Yahshua said, "As it was in the days of Lot, so it shall be in the coming of the Son of man." Jeremiah 5:1 says, "Go up and down the streets of Jerusalem, look around and consider, search through her squares. If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city. 2 Although they say, 'As surely as YHWH lives, 'still they are swearing falsely." 3 O YHWH, do not your eyes look for truth? You struck them, but they felt no pain; you crushed them, but they refused correction. They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent. When Yahweh (in speaking of Babylon), said in Revelation "come out of her my people," I believe he was telling us not to be part her Satanic Babylonian system. As you have already found out there IS NO Place on this planet Earth that you could possibly go to escape the tentacles of the Babylonian system; and to find a Utopia or the Garden of Eden or the Paradise, a place so remote, that we would not be affected by the evils of this world and Babylonian system. Yahweh promised in Revelation that there be a new heaven and a new Earth and the old Earth would pass away and the New Jerusalem would be established as his holy city. But until that happens I believe that we have to live in the world but we don't have to be of the world. In the United States we have more freedom to do what you want to do than any other place in the world. There is a downside however, freedom to some means licensed to do anything you want to do. This could very easily degenerate into anarchy and confusion and evil if permitted to continue. In this nation we have freedom of religion, which means that we can believe anything we want to believe or not believe anything all. Although this freedom of religion has a downside, (for example, because of this freedom, there are many crazy, weird, cults, and false religions), The reverse is worse. There are many places in this world without freedom of religion in which you are told what to believe and what not to believe. If you disagreed with the established belief system then you were punished. If you lived in these places, you would not have freedom to believe the truth of YHWH'S word according to your heart and conscience. We also have freedom of speech and press in this country. This means that you have the freedom to say anything or to read or publish anything. Some will see this as a green light to publish pornography or to spew out any other kind evil or vulgarity or hatred. In revelation when it speaks about harlotry or prostitution, I believe it is speaking of the false religious practices that the people engage in and by their mixed worship or syncretism. Just like Eliyah said in I Kings "choose you this day whom you will serve, if YAHWEH is Elohim then serve him or if Baal is Elohim then serve him.” Again, I believe it should be our mission to teach the truth of the Word of YHWH to his people. (Although they are found throughout the world, I believe the majority of His people live in the USA) In the parable Yahshua gave of the wheat and tares, He told us to let them grow up together until the time of harvest. Then He will separate the Wheat from the tares. As I said before, you have to live in the world but you don't have to be of the world. At the time of Jeremiah. and the Babylonian captivity, many went into exile. While in Babylon they prospered, Daniel prospered, Esther, Ezra and Nehemiah prospered and many other believers prospered while in Babylon into Babylon Jeremiah 29:1 this is the text of the letter that the prophet Jeremiah sent from Jerusalem to the surviving elders among the exiles and to the priests, the prophets and all the other people Nebuchadnezzar had carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon. 2(This was after King Jehoiachin and the queen mother, the court officials and the leaders of Judah and Jerusalem, the craftsmen and the artisans had gone into exile from Jerusalem.) 3 He entrusted the letter to Elasah son of Shaphan and to Gemariah son of Hilkiah, whom Zedekiah king of Judah sent to King Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon. It said: 4 this is what YHWH Almighty, the Elohim of Israel, says to all those I carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon: 5 "Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce. 6 Marry and have sons and daughters; find wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, so that they too may have sons and daughters. Increase in number there; do not decrease. 7 Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to YHWH for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper." 8 Yes, this is what YHWH Almighty, the Elohim of Israel, says: "Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you. Do not listen to the dreams you encourage them to have. 9 They are prophesying lies to you in my name. I have not sent them," declares YHWH. 10 This is what YHWH says: "When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my gracious promise to bring you back to this place. 11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares YHWH, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you," declares YHWH, "and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares YHWH, "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile." I believe that no matter how evil and bad that the Babylonian system is, YHWH is faithful and He will certainly accomplish His plans to destroy the Babylonian system. I also believe that He will protect His people wherever they are found. There is a need to identify Mystery Babylon of Revelation 17. There is a popular belief that mystery Babylon refers to the Roman Catholic Church. One of the books most often quoted in support of this idea is Alexander Hislop’s "The Two Babylons". The problem with this view is the fact that there are many false religions on the face of the earth that are neither Catholic nor Christian! The Scriptures speaks about this woman, whose origins are from ancient times, long before Christianity took up the cup of her abominations!

The study entitled Mystery Babylon, Who is the Whore of Revelation 17?, shows how Mystery Babylon is, in fact, all of the false religions of the world. Her idol is located in New York Harbor!!

As you know if you read my book, I am very disillusioned with today’s “Christianity”. Here is a statement from the book of my assessment of Christianity’s apostate condition: The sad truth of the matter is that .. Christianity is hypocritical, materialistic, individualistic, hedonistic and humanistic. That has been my greatest torment; knowing that I was part of the problem and not part of the solution to it. In spite of my best efforts I have never been able to make my own life line up with the hard sayings that I saw in the Scriptures. I have searched and searched both within and without, from group to church to movement to trying to bring things into birth myself and nothing has ever worked. Until now. I have actually found a People who really understand the gospel and are actually living it together. What is more, they were thrilled to show me the way to make the Gospel real in my own life. As a result, my life has completely changed, in ways beyond imagining. The best part is, this life they have is a life they live TOGETHER, in genuine communities in many parts of the world; and they are actually in the process of building a holy nation and Bride for our Savior that will bring an end to this wicked age. It is far and away the most real and exciting thing that I have found in the 27 years I have searched. This Way is truly Salt and Light such as I have never, ever seen before. Many of you realize that we are living in the last days, and that God wants to bring an end to this wicked age, and make all things right. Well, I want you to know that it is NOT going to happen until our Savior finds a Bride worthy to return for. These Communities I am speaking of have the potential to become that very Bride. Many of you wrote to me and asked where you could go to be part of a group or a People that would stand together during the challenges that are ahead and help each other be worthy to stand the tests that are coming. At that time, I had no answers for you. I knew of no such group or Communities. That has changed. The enclosed literature is just a taste of what I have found; the website listed in the literature has much more. Most importantly, I plead with you, in the name of our Savior, to examine the list of Communities listed in the literature and go visit the one nearest you! These people will welcome you with open arms and open hearts and if you are willing to pay the price you can find a place with them that will truly prepare you for the tests of the last days. Even more, you can actually help build the holy nation that will bring an end to this wicked age! I implore you, do not let this opportunity pass by you. Call and visit. Shalom! I was very impressed with the material at this site. It confirmed information that I had received almost a year ago from some people that were brought across my path who made an extremely good case for getting out of Babylon immediately. As a result, for the first time in my life, I now have a passport. I guess that's a start. I pray that He will make it known to each of us where to go and how to reestablish our lives in Him when we get there. I was stunned to find out that the town of Babylon is located so close to the NY Harbor. There are no coincidences. What a signpost! It's shouting out the answer!!!! This IS Babylon folks! We fled Babylon last summer. Our Wonderful Shepherd took everything in His hands and guided us smoothly out. We look back and now we can see that we had many idols that surrounded us even choked us like Abraham had in Ur. Now we live for Him. He has not left us or forgotten us, and we haven't forgotten our brethren either. We are praying everyday for all of you in Babylon that you come out!OUT! OUT! Shalom everyone, The issue about the fleeing from Babylon is now at an urgent level! Current events suggest that the time of Babylon's (the USA's) destruction might be in the not too distant future! The Heavenly Father commands, "Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues" (Revelation 18:4). There needs to be much prayer! We need to ask the Heavenly Father, that He will make a way for all of his people to escape the things that are coming upon Babylon!
